This magazine has lived in my mind and my heart for at least a decade or more…waiting. Waiting for the moment I was brave enough to bring it into the world.

It started as a quiet idea — a feeling, really — that we're all capable of more than we allow ourselves to believe. Somewhere along the way, many of us buried our childhood ambitions. We traded curiosity for caution, and we learned to shrink, as life has had a way of teaching us to narrow our focus, to choose one lane, and quiet the childlike ambitions that once felt limitless.

This project is my response. It's my reminder, and hopefully will be yours, that those dreams don't disappear…we just push them aside. This publication is being launched to inspire, to challenge perceived limitations, and to show what's possible when we lean into curiosity, courage, and even fear. Because fear doesn't mean stop — sometimes, it's the clearest signal that something meaningful is on the other side.

It's not just you who is feeling it. You are not behind in doing it. And you are certainly not alone in fearing it. Most of all…others have walked through it and come out stronger.

My own path has been and is anything but linear. I've been told to pick one thing, to specialize, to stay in one lane and that it wasn't the "right" way. But I've always been a Jane of all trades — simply drawn to helping people and organizations solve problems, no matter the industry, niche, or title. So, for years, I buried myself because I didn't fit the mold.

Then…came the breakthrough! What if I just went for it? Why not try? Why not build something that celebrates the very thing I was afraid of? I stopped asking for permission, started following the pull and embraced the fear. Unapologetically…being myself. —and so can you!

Consider this your invitation back to your own imagination, your own ambition, your own courage, and a true celebration of stepping into who you are…ALL of you, along with your many talents and your amazing giftings. What comes easiest to you, others are in need of!

And because you are now part of a community, not a monologue, I want to hear from you. Tell us about a moment you overcame fear.
